(The elusive ring hold.  Never underestimate the simplest of exercises!)


Strength Session:

Every minute on the minute x 12 minutes

1 Hang Squat Clean + 1 Front Squat + 1 Squat Clean Thruster (start this one from the floor)

*Rest in the remaining time.  *All rounds to be completed at 75% of your 1RM Jerk.



Every minute on the minute x 15 minutes

Minute 1: 20 Kettlebell Swings (Heavy)

Minute 2: 15 Goblet Squats (Heavy…same weight as KBS)

Minute 3: 20/10 Push-ups


**You will alternate exercise each minute. Any time remaining in the minute after the work is done, you get to rest.  If you fail to complete the designated work in the timeframe, you will have a penalty to be completed at the end of the workout.  So count how many times you fall short, but we all know that will be zero! 😉
