(One of the best parts of being a coach is seeing athletes progress and get better and better over time.  There was a time when Kate couldn’t even do a chin over pull-up without assistance.  Now, she can not only do that, but is rocking her chest to bars like a champ!  To all athletes, NEVER GIVE UP TRYING TO IMPROVE.  Your small actions each and every day all add up and lead you to places you never dreamed you could have gone!)
