(Gareth getting some support from Billy as he tackled the super special 1000m row WOD earlier this week.  This WOD was a dig in deep and make it happen type of WOD.  The perfect environment where having someone supporting you along the way makes a HUGE difference!)

Level 2 WOD:

AMRAP in 45 minutes:
Run 400m
42 Balls Slams (30,20)
21 Burpees
12 Wall Balls (25,20)


Level 1 WOD:

AMRAP in 25 minutes:
Run 400m
21 Ball Slams (30,20)
11 Burpees
6 Wall Balls (14,10)

**Follow this up with a 1000m row test

Level 2 MODS:

M1: WB (20,16)

M2: WB (16,14)

M#: WB (14,10)


Level 1 MODs:
