(Even coaches need coaching. Ian and Julia worked together to improve efficiency for Julia’s muscle-ups and this session resulted in a PR for her. Doesn’t matter who you are, there is always room to grow. Sometimes just having someone else watch and instruct you in a one-on-one situation can result in massive changes. )
Level 1 & 2 WOD:
Every minute on the minute x 30 minutes:
15 Air Squats
**If you finish before the minute is over, rest until the top of the next minute. If you fail to complete the work within the minute, take the next minute off for rest and then try again. If you fail again, take another minute off and then scale to the next modification below. If you finish your modified work before :35 on the clock, you need to go back up to a higher workload. Push hard. Test your limits.
** Your score will be the total number or ROUNDS completed throughout the workout (so subtract any minute rest breaks you are forced to take) and then also the modification you used if any.
MOD 1: Green Band, 8 Push-ups, 13 Squats
MOD 2: Med. Black Band, 6 Push-up, 12 Squats
MOD 3: Lg. Black Band, 8 Knee Push-ups, 10 Squats
