Skills Session:

Box Jumps

**Work on rapid fire box jumps and if you can do that easily, work on a max height box jump (no running into it today, you can do a one step jump)

 

WOD:

5 x 3 minute AMRAPs:

5 Power Cleans (80% of your 1RM or heavier)

10 Box Jumps

15 Kettlebell Swings

Rest 1 minute between AMRAPs
