6 Med Ball Cleans (Heavy)

6 Wall Balls (Heavy)

WOD #2: (use 2 different barbells for this WOD if class size allows)

AMRAP in 6 minutes:

6 Power Cleans @ 75% of your 1RM

6 Thrusters (choose the heaviest weight that you can go unbroken with)
