EMOM for 10 minutes:
1 Clean and Jerk
15 Lateral Bar Jumps (L+R = 2)
**For this workout, you will add weight each round assuming your previous clean and jerk was successful. If you miss the lift, do not add weight and try again. Score will be the weight of the heaviest lift you successfully completed. Your Goal= get a new PR!
**You can choose your starting weight. Do not sandbag this workout. Build your strength, do not be afraid to miss some reps.
