Level 2 WOD:

AMRAP in 15 minutes:
3 Cleans @ 85% of your 1RM
10 Triple Unders
8 Strict Handstand Push-ups

 

Level 1 WOD:

AMRAP in 15 minutes:
3 Cleans @ 85% of your 1RM
10 Double Unders
8 Kick to Handstand

 

Post WOD Strength:

2-2-2-2

Back Squat

**Start with your weight used during the WOD and work up each round trying to hit 90% of your 1RM Back Squat.

Level 2 MODS:

MOD 1: TU attempts, 80% Clean, Kipping HSPU

MOD 2: 3x DU, 75% Clean, 1 abmat HSPU

 

Level 1 MODS:

MOD 1: DU attempts, 80% Clean

MOD 2: 3x Singles, 75% Clean, Knee Push-ups
