The Colosseum 

The Colosseum was the inspiration for this WOD. Titus opened the Colosseum in A.D. 80, so I decided to make it eight rounds. Also, since the Colosseum is round, the workout consists of rounds. The demanding numbers of reps and heart-pumping cardio will leave you feeling like a gladiator. 


8 Rounds for Time:

50 mountain climbers (l+r= 2) 

30 sit-ups

15 air squats 

10 burpees
