(Keith rocking the half bodyweight sled push on Saturday!  For 200m, this is no small feat.  Keith did a great thing and played around with different ways to angle the sled to make it easier to push. In the end, he found a way to make it as easy as it could possibly be.  Hint: the sled was not facing forward!)
