Skills session: Pull-ups and/or Muscle-ups

Level 1 & 2 WOD:

3 Rounds for time:
50 Double Unders
50 Sit-ups
Run 200m
50 Supermans

*20 minute cutoff

**After the workout today we will spend some time doing the mobility WOD for the week.  Come prepared to stay and work on your flexibility and recovery. Do not leave early.

MOD 1: DU Attempts

MOD 2: 100 singles

MOD 3: 100 singles, If you cannot do 50 sit-ups unbroken, then switch to 30 reps for sit-ups and super mans
