WOD:

3 rounds of 1 minute for max reps at each station of:

Double Crunches

Side/Side Twists with a Dumbbell (L+R=1)

Hollow Rocks

Leg Raises

Supermans

Rest 1 minute

 

**This WOD will be completed Fight Gone Bad Style.  You have one minute to get as many reps as you can.  Immediately switch to the next exercise.  After all 5 stations have been completed, you have 1 minute to rest.  Repeat for a total of 3 rounds.  Your score is one total number of reps completed.
