Level 2 WOD:

1 Rope Climb (Men-Legless, Women- 1 pull)

5 Supermans

10 Side/Side Twists with Wall Ball (L+R=1)(20,16)

 

Level 1 WOD:

10 Rounds for time:

5 second hang from the rope (make sure your elbows are bent.. no legs to help you.. If you come down before 5 seconds, be honest and jump back up for the remainder of the time)

5 Supermans

10 Side/Side Twists with Wall Ball (L+R=1)(14/10)

Level 2 MODS:

MOD 1: Ropes (Men-1 pull, Women-2 pulls)

MOD 2: Ropes ( Men- 2 pulls, Women- 3 pulls)

MOD 3: Ropes ( Men/Women-as many pulls as needed), Twists (16,14)

 

Level 1 MODS:

MOD 1: 5 second hang from pull-up bar (elbows bent)

MOD 2: 5 second hang from pull-ups bar (elbows straight), Twists (10,6)
