As many sit-ups with DB behind your head as possible in the remaining time


**No between rounds, just get back to the rower at the 2 minute mark. Use the heaviest DB you can for sit-ups and still keep your feet planted on the ground.


Post WOD Strength Session:

Back Squat

7 rounds of 2 unbroken reps

**All Sets to be completed at 85% of your 1RM.  Rest 30 seconds exactly between sets.
