MOD 2: Hanging Leg Raises, WB (10,6), Cleans (95,65), MU (1 Chin over Pull-up + 1 Ring Dip x 20)

MOD 3: Leg Raises on floor with Ball between knees (use the same weight as the wall ball you use), WB (6), Cleans (75,55), MU (1 Band Pull-up + 1 Band Ring Dip x 20)
