Level 1 & 2 WOD:

Alternating EMOM x 10 minutes:
Odd Minutes: 3 Deadlift @ 85%
Even Minutes: AMRAP in 30 seconds of Front Squats @ 70%

**If there is enough for everyone, use two separate bars. If not, use weights that can easily be switched in and out while you are waiting for the top of the next minute.


Grunt Work Session:

Run 1 mile for time

MOD 1: DL (75%), FS (60%)

MOD 2: DL (65%), FS (50%)
