Level 2 WOD:

AMRAP in 8 minutes:
8 Deficit Pushups (1-45+1- 25 plates under each hand for men, 1-45 plate under each hand for women)
10 Front Squats (115,75)
12 Front Rack Lunges (115,75)(L+R=2)

 

Level 1 WOD:

AMRAP in 8 minutes:
8 Pushups (strict, no worming, on feet)
10 Front Squats (75,55)
12 Jumping Lunges (L+R=2)

MOD 1: PU (1-45 under each hand men, 1-25 under each hand women), Bar (95,65)

MOD 2: PU (1-25 under each hand men, 1-15 under each hand women), Bar (75,55)

MOD 3: PU (perfect form pushups, no deficit), Bar (75,55)

 

Level 1 MODs:

MOD 1: Knee Clapping Pushups, FS (65,45)

MOD 2: Knee Pushups (no clap), FS (45,35), Regular Lunges (no jump)
