(Not many folks take this approach to box jump overs, but here is Mike, getting after it and doing what works best for him.  Such a cool thing about CrossFit is that we can all do things that maximize our own body’s effectiveness.  We don’t have to do everything exactly the same way.  It’s your own journey to take!)

Level 1 MODs:

MOD 1: (20″, 3 plates), blue tape

MOD 2: (3 plates, 2 plates), 5 Barbell rows (elevate feet only if you are able to maintain a good body position throughout.  No “worming” allowed)
