“DG”

AMRAP in 10 minutes:

8 Toes to Bar

8 DB Thruster (35,25 in each hand)

12 DB Walking Lunges (L+R=2)(35, 25 in each hand)

 

POST WOD Mobility:

Foam Roll Quads – 2 minutes each side

Hold Hamstring Pike Stretch – 2 minutes

Foam Roll Lats – 2 minutes each side

Chest Stretch – 2 minutes each side

1 minute squat hold
