Level 2 WOD

5 rounds for time:
15 Deadlifts (225,155)
Run 400m

 

Level 1 WOD

3 rounds for time:
15 Deadlifts (185,125)
Run 400m

Level 2 MODs:

MOD 1: (205,145)

MOD 2: (185,125)

** If 5 rounds at MOD 2 weight is too much, switch to Level 1 WOD and go for 3 rounds at that weight instead.  Work that strength piece today.

 

Level 1 MODS:

MOD 1: (155,105)

MOD 2: (135,95)

MOD 3: (115,75)
