(Linda has been doing the Dialed In. On Point. Rally and has been making HUGE Progress!  Being a mom of 2 and having a very demanding job hasn’t stopped her from losing focus and spending some time to better herself!  She is an inspiration to us all!)

Register for Classes on Mindbody and Post Scores to Whiteboard

Level 1 & 2 WOD:

4 x 6 minute AMRAPs
3 Deadlift @ 80% of your 1RM
Sprint 200m
10 Ball Slams (30,20)

Rest 3 minute between AMRAPs. Start at the Deadlifts for each AMRAP. You will have 4 scores for the workout. Try to get the same score or better each round.

MOD 1: 75%

MOD 2: 70%

MOD 3: 65%
