(Today’s WOD, “Doing Just Fine,” is dedicated to Jason Fine.  He was the owner of CrossFit North Scottsdale and recently passed away from cancer after an incredible battle full of determination, inspiration, and kindness.  Recently after discovering a brain tumor, he competed in the CrossFit Games and came in 33rd in his master’s age group despite cancer.  Throughout his battle, his goal was to spread kindness throughout the world and inspire others to cherish their time here.  When you want to give up or when things get hard today, focus on Jason’s spirit and tell yourself, I’m Doing Just Fine.”)

Level 2 WOD

With a partner complete:
AMRAP in 25 minutes:
10 Front Squats (155,105)
8 Overhead Squats (155,105)
6 Bar Muscle-ups

**While one person completes one full round, the other will row for calories. Then switch. Score will be total reps completed during the AMRAP plus total calories rowed between both partners….one giant number.

 

Level 1 WOD

With a partner complete:

8 Front Squats (75,55)
6 Overhead Squats (75,55)
4 Pull-ups
2 Ring Dips

MOD 1: (135,95)

MOD 2: (115,75), 6 chest to bar pull-ups + 6 unassisted ring dips

MOD 3: (95,65), 6 strict chin over pull-ups + 6 unassisted ring dips

 

Level 1 MODs:

MOD 1: (65,45), Band Assist Pull-ups + Ring Dips

MOD 2: (45,35), Band Assist Pull-ups + Box Dips
