No matter what happens in your life, never give up!!  Julie Foucher partially tore her achilles tendon during regionals competition.  Despite that, she came out and competed 3 hours later with a walking boot and gave her it all!  A true champion.

This was a year that she could have potentially won the entire CrossFit Games and was most likely going to be her final year of competition due to her becoming a doctor and having to join the workforce full-time.  Julie is a model of hard work, dedication, and the pursuit of excellence.  No matter how much is on her plate…..med school, CrossFit, life ….. she keeps pushing forward to be the best version of herself possible.  She is one of my CrossFit heroes and this demonstration of perseverance is why.
