Level 2 WOD:

WOD #1:
100 Burpees
**At the top of every minute, stop and do 15 hollow rocks
**WOD starts with burpees

Rest 5 minutes

WOD #2:
3 Rounds for time:
3 Rope Climbs (15′)
30 Box Jump Overs (24″,20″)

**10 minute cutoff for both workouts

 

Level 1 WOD:

WOD #1:
75 Burpees

**WOD starts with burpees

Rest 5 minutes

WOD #2:
3 Rounds for time:
1 Rope Climbs (15′)
20 Box Jump Overs (24″,20″)

MOD 2: 5 Strict Pull-ups

MOD 3: 7 Kipping Pull-ups

 

Level 1 WOD:

MOD 1: Blue Tape Rope Climbs

MOD 3: 10 Ring Rows
