(Linda performed awesome for her first ever CrossFit Games Open WOD.  She just kept going and going and pushed hard for the entire 20 minutes!  Super proud of you for getting after this one!)

Register for Classes on Mindbody and Post Scores to Whiteboard

Level 1 &  2 WOD:

WOD 1:

6 x 200m runs, rest 100%

**Your score for the whiteboard will be the total time it takes you to complete

 

WOD 2:

EMOM x 10 minutes

Even: 3 Front Squats

Odd: 12 Toes to Bar

**Start the FS at 50% of your 1RM and try to add 10% each round if possible.  The goal is to get as heavy as possible for the front squats and the heaviest weight lifted will be your score.

MOD 1: Knees to Elbows

MOD 2: Hanging Leg Raises

MOD 3: V-ups
