(Bruce has been training hard for the Bolder Boulder 10K he performed on Monday.  He rocked that race and even had his 12 year old son tag along.  When you set the example for your children, the possibilities are endless of what they accomplish in their own lives!)

**If you cannot do broad jumps for any reason, do 5 jump to supports on the walls instead.
