(Check out Sharon’s back mobility. This is such a huge piece to our performance both inside and outside the gym.  Being mobile allows us to express our strength very well as we are able to get into correct body positions easily.  Less mobility = less able to get into proper positioning = less power output = less results. GOT MOBILITY?)

Level 2 WOD:

On a 12 minute clock:
Run 800m
With the remaining time left complete:
AMRAP
10 Unbroken Power Snatch (95,65)
20 Unbroken Wall Balls (20,16)

 

Level 1 WOD:

On a 12 minute clock:
Run 800m
With the remaining time left complete:
AMRAP
10 Power Snatch (75,55)
10 Wall Balls (16,10)

*Level 1 snatch and wall balls DO NOT need to be unbroken, this is for level 2 only.

Level 2 MODS:

MOD 1: Minimum of 7 unbroken PS & minimum of 15 unbroken WB

MOD 2:Minimum of 5 unbroken PS & minimum of 12 unbroken WB

MOD 3: Minimum of 5 unbroken PS & minimum of 10 unbroken WB, PS (75,55), WB (16,14)

 

Level 1 MODS:

MOD 1: PS (65,45), WB (10,6)

MOD 2: PS (45,35), WB (6)
