With a partner complete:

21 Thrusters each (partner A completes all 21 reps, then Partner B completes all 21 reps. Hold plank while your partner works, medium weight)

Run 800m together

14 Rope Climbs (partner A goes, Partner B goes, alternate every rep.  Each partner completes 7 reps)

100 Synchronized Sit-ups
