Strength

EMOM x 10 minutes:

2 reps – Thrusters

**Starts at 60% of your 1RM and add weight each round.  Your final two reps should be as heavy as possible

 

Level 2 WOD:

AMRAP in 10 minutes:
50 Double Unders
10 Back Squats (135,95)
5 Deficit Handstand Push-ups (2 red plates, 1 red plate)

 

Level 1 WOD:

AMRAP in 10 minutes:
30 Double Unders
10 Back Squats (75,55)
2 Wall Walks

Level 2 MODS:

MOD 1: HSPU (1 red plate, 1 black/yellow plate)

MOD 2: HSPU (1 black/yello plate, 1 green plate)

MOD 3: HSPU (No deficit, full ROM), BS (115,75)

MOD 4: HSPU ( 1 abmat – STRICT), BS (95,65)

 

Level 1 MODS:

MOD 1: DU attempts, BS (45,35), Half wall walks
