(Anahita and Jason working together on a team WOD. CrossFitters are always thinking of strategies to make things easier.  On this WOD, keeping the bar level was a very good strategy.  Great job guys!)

Level 2 WOD:

AMRAP in 8 minutes:
50 Double Unders
15 Unbroken Push Press (95,65)
**If you rest or drop your bar, stop immediately and do 6 Hanging Hip Touches

 

Level 1 WOD:

AMRAP in 8 minutes:
10 Double Unders
20 Lateral Hurdle Jumps (L+R=2)
10 Unbroken Push Press (45,35)
**If you rest or drop your bar, stop immediately and do 6 Hanging Hip Touches

Level 2 MODs:

MOD 1: (75,55),

MOD 2: (65,45), 25 DU attempts + 20 Lateral Hurdle Jumps

 

Level 1 MODs:

MOD 1: DU attempts, Broken set of Push Press

 

Post WOD Cool Down

-Foam Roll Calves and Shins. 2 minutes each spot on each side.

-Snow angels on foam roller.  Make sure palms face the ceiling and the back of hands stay on the ground throughout the entire range of motion if possible.
