10 Push-ups (Men- 1 arm, alternating, Women – regular)

14 Push-ups

16 Push-ups
10 DU
18 Push-ups



Level 1 WOD:

(choose this if you are rally struggling with linking DU OR have issues holding your core tight on push-ups.

12 minute AMRAP
20 Double Unders
10 Knee Clapping Push-ups

Level 2 MODS:

MOD 1: Men- regular push-ups

MOD 1: Regular knee Push-ups (no clap), DU attempts
