1 Rope Climb (2 pulls for men, 3 pulls for women)

 

Level 1 WOD:

3 Rounds for time:
20 Double Unders
5 Power Snatch (45,35)
5 Overhead Squats (45,35)
1 Full Rope Climb OR 3 Assisted Rope Climbs

Level 2 MODs:

MOD 1: SS (75% max snatch), RC (3 pulls men, 4 pulls women), DU attempts
