Level 1 & 2 WOD:

AMRAP in 20 minutes:
50 Double Unders
40 Sit-ups
30 Kettlebell Swings (53,35)

 

Post WOD Strength:

EMOM x 10 minutes

Clean (can be squat or power… athlete choice)

Rounds 1-5 will be at 75%

Rounds 6-8 will be at 85%

Round 9 will be at 95%

Round 10 is as heavy as possible.. can you get a new PR today?
