(Amy R. getting after 16.1.  After the Open in 2015, Amy set about 6 goals to reach before this year’s open.  Guess what?  She wrote down her goals and accomplished every single one of them!!  Focus and determination goes a long way.  Can’t wait to see how Amy does this year in the Open!)

TABATA Wall Balls (L2-20,16) (L1-14,10)

**For this workout, you will do 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off for 8 rounds of double unders. After the 8th round of DU, you will have a 10 second rest and will immediately begin 8 rounds of wall balls for 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off. There will be three scores, a lowest DU score, a lowest WB Score and a combined total of those two added together.
