EMOM x 10 minutes
20 Double Unders + Wall Balls (20,16)
**Start with 2 wall balls and add two each round. 2,4,6,8……
**If you do not complete the designated set of reps within the one minute time frame, go back to the last round you completed successfully and finish out the rest of the 10 minutes with that rep count.
