It is easy to overlook the small, yet significant, changes that can occur on a day to day basis when we are working to change our lives for the better. Society today focuses on quick fixes and magic pills that produce dramatic results very, very quickly. Problem is that in most scenarios, the magic pills are too good to be true and the after effects are negative and last longer than the positive results we initially discovered.
By taking our time, working small baby steps each and every day, we can accumulate LONG LASTING positive effects in our lives. That weight finally stays off, the relationship with our co-worker continues to improve, we keep our house clean all the time instead of just on the weekend.
The small easy to do things are also easy not to do. They are also easy to not notice the effects unless we take a good hard look at them.
