(Congratulations to Tracey and Mike for being our Featured Athletes of May!  This is a couple that overcomes the odds to achieve greatness with their health and wellness…. Busy travel schedules, 4 young kids, ironman triathlon training, etc….  They are proof that no matter what goes on in your life, you still have time to improve yourself and be the best version of yourself that you can possible be!  Thank for inspiring us all Mike and Tracey!)

MOD 1: DL (60% of 1RM assuming it’s higher than L1RX weight), BJ (24″,20″), KBS (53,35)

 

Level 1 MODS:

MOD 1: DL (135,95), BJ (20″, 3 plates), KBS (20,18)
