Every minute on the minute x 5 minutes

**Use 50% of your max Clean and Jerk. Focus on mastering great technique on every single lift.

Minute 1: 6 Hang Squat Cleans + 2 Push Jerks

Minute 2: 5 Hang Squat Cleans + 3 Push Jerks

Minute 3: 4 Hang Squat Cleans + 4 Push Jerks

Minute 4: 3 Hang Squat Cleans + 5 Push Jerks

Minute 5: 2 Hang Squat Cleans + 6 Push Jerks


**If you are unable to finish the work in the provided minute, drop a little weight.



AMRAP in 7 minutes:

7 Medball Cleans (25,20)

7 Handstand Push-ups
