Level 1 and 2 WOD:

EMOM x 7
Minute 1: 7 reps
Minute 2: 6 Reps
Minute 3: 5 Reps
Minute 4: 4 Reps
Minute 5: 3 Reps
Minute 6: 2 Reps
Minute 7: 1 Rep
Run 800m


**We will repeat this sequence 3 times. The first time, the lift will be Deadlift. Second time, Cleans. Third time: Push Press.

After you finish the designated rep count, add weight for the next minute. The first 7 minutes will be done as a group.  Since the runs will be determined by your individual pacing, it will be up to you to watch the clock on the second and third rounds.  You must not spend more than 1 minute between the completion of your run and the first round of the next lift.

The score for this workout will be a total lifting of the 1 rep Deadlift + 1 Rep Clean + 1 Rep Push Press.
