15 Lateral Bar Jumps (L+R=2)
**Men must start no lighter than 45# and women must start no lighter than 35#). Final score will be heaviest successful lift completed. If you miss a lift, you must keep that same amount on the bar. No going down. Goal is to get a new 1 rep max!
