Starting today, we will be finding a new way to empower our athletes! Instead of being given an RX and modifications, you will need to choose the way your workout will be completed that will push you to your limits, allow you to develop your skill sets, and give you the best workout possible. Of course, your coaches are going to help guide your decisions and will give you an extra nudge if you need it!

The goal here is to empower our athletes to find the next progression without the confines of the suggested modifications or jumps in weight. Go big! Get our of your comfort zone. Instead of saying, “I can’t do that so I’ll stick with this,” just say… “I’ll try something in between.”  Add 2.5# to your bar. Try mixing your sets up between the Prescribed movements and what would be considered a mod.

Ultimately, do more work in the time frame allotted and watch your results take a giant leap forward!



AMRAP in 15 minutes:

5 Power Snatch

10 Box Jumps

15 Wall Balls

**The spirit of this workout is, testing your endurance and stamina through a heavier lift. Can you move a heavier object with good technique when your heart rate is going crazy?



**complete the above workout, but replace Power Snatch with Kettlebell Swings.
