Erin Hinkle has been with CrossFit Julia since it opened in 2009. She began her CrossFit journey with a solid fitness level as a result of boot-camp style training, but had no experience with most of the movements that are the hallmarks of CrossFit.

Working her way up, Erin has gone from not being able to do a pull up to competing in many different CrossFit events. She holds the rowing records at CrossFit Julia, at 3:47 for 1000m and 1:45 for 500m.

Over the years, her max lifts have gone up dramatically and her mile time cut by over 30%. Not only has Erin seen great improvement in herself, she has been thrilled to help inspire change in others. Erin has a passion for seeing others achieve their goals and work to their greatest potential.
