Take your game to next level as CrossFit Weightlifting Coach, Matt Kovar leads our athletes in a progressive, twice per week, specialty class to master the fundamentals and techniques of the most complicated lift we do: The Snatch.
Much of our weightlifting skills depend upon the fundamentals at each stage of the movement. If you try to run before you can walk, the results might be scary. Want to reduce your risk of injury? Want to become a master of the fundamentals? Want to improve your 1 rep max and overall WOD capacity?
