(Debbie and Gary prove that age or previous injury have no limits or boundaries. Both of these athletes listen o their bodies, are part of the clean eating accountability group, and complete workouts consistently. Both of them are 60+ are are flipping 250# tires.  Awesome!)

Level 1 & 2 WOD:

Every 3 minutes on the 3 minute x 7 rounds
Sprint 200m
**in the remaining time you have, complete 3 back squats

**You will add weight to your back squat for 3 rounds and then start over. Example, round 1 is at 80%, round 2 at 85%, round 3 at 90%, round 4 goes back to 80%, round 5 at 85%, round 6 and 7 at 90%
