Level 1 & 2 WOD:

Every 3 minutes on the 3 minute for 36 minutes:
Run 400m
Sled Pulls Down/Back = 2 (4 reds, 3 reds)

**Alternate exercise. First 3 minutes is the run, rest whatever time you have leftover. Next 3 minutes is the Sled Pulls. Count half reps today.

MOD 1: (4 blues, 3 blues)

MOD 2: (4 yellows, 3 yellows)
