Level 1 & 2 WOD:
Chest To Bar Pull-ups
**You can either complete this solo or with a “WOD Buddy,” which is what Rob and Justene call each other. If you choose to do this with a partner, alternate each set… example Partner A completes 21 Thrusters, 21 Pull-ups. Partner B will be doing as many 175m Farmer Carries as they can during that time, which symbolizes how Rob and Justene have so often carried each other through life. Next, Partner B will complete 15 Thrusters, 15 pull-ups, while Partner A does farmer carries, etc…. Alternate sets all the way through. On the farmer carry, your choice on the load, but remember, you are carrying your partner through life. How much is that worth? If you do this solo, omit the farmer carries all together.
