Level 1 & 2 WOD:
4x 400m run FAST, 200m Easy, 400m run FAST
3 minutes to complete 5 reps of strict press. First round @ 75%, Second round @ 80%, Third round @ 65%.
**There is no rest between the 400 and 200. Just jog through the gym to “link” it together. In between each round of the above work, you will have 3 minutes to complete one set of 5 STRICT press. The workout will start and finish with a run. Your score will be the total time to completion.
**example: Run 400m, run 200m, run 400m, 5 strict press @ 75%. Rest until the 3 minute mark from when you finished your runs. Repeat, but use 80%. Etc…
