1 Squat Clean and Jerk

*add weight each round.  Work up to a heavy rep for today. Write heaviest weight lifted on whiteboard.



3 Rounds for time:

5 Dumbbell Push Press (35,25 in each hand)

8 Kettlebell Deadlift (70,53 in each hand)

13 Overhead Lunges with Barbell (95,65)(L+R=2)
