**The spirit of this WOD is a quick moving, big set, speed workout.  Choose weights and movements that you can complete at least sets of 7 or more and push yourself hard on the rowers.  The weights and movements you choose should challenge you enough that those bigger sets are doable, yet they “hurt.” Mind over matter today.
