**Start at 50% and add weight each round to get as heavy as possible for today.

 

Level 2 WOD:

AMRAP in 10 minutes:

Ring Muscle-ups

 

Level 1 WOD:

AMRAP in 10 minutes:

3 Strict Pull-ups

3 Ring Dips

Level 2 MODS:

MOD 1: Bar Muscle-ups

MOD 2:

AMRAP 10 minutes:

3 Chest to Bar Pull-ups

3 Ring Dips on high rings

 

Level 1 MODS:

MOD 1: Kipping Pull-ups, Band Dips

MOD 2: Band Pull-ups, Box Dips
